今回はnotebookLMとchatgptで人生を変える方法を書いていきます。
皆さんnotebookLMをただのツールとして使っていませんか?
実はnotebookLMはただ情報を要約してくれるわけではありません。
『人生を変える可能性』があります。
それはどういうことかと言うと、notebookLMはうまく使うとかなり人生に好影響を与えます。
それはどういう使い方をすれば良いかと言うと、まず自分の知りたい分野を一つ選び、そのあとその分野のソース(情報源)を追加し好きな数追加して終わったら音声解説を押します。
なぜ音声解説が良いかはあとでお話します。
で、ここがポイントですが、そのときに『AIが焦点を当てる部分』にちゃんと入力します。
理由は簡単でここがおろそかになると自分の思ったものと違うものが出てくるからです。
で、入力し終わったら長さを『長く』に設定します。
なぜなら、短い時間だと内容が要約されすぎて結局『どういうこと？』となるからです。
で、それも終わったら生成をしてしばらく待ちます。
生成できたら再生ボタンを押して聞いてみます。
もちろん聞くときはスマホのメモ帳か紙のノートかchatgptを使います。
これなんでかって言うと、スマホのメモやノートに自分の言葉で書くと自己理解力が身につくしchatgptとの壁打ちは自分の知識を広げられるし新しい知識もつくからです。
なので皆さんもお試しあれ～！
それで、なぜnotebookLMの音声解説が良いかというと、動画解説も良いのですが動画だといちいち画面をみないといけないしそれと、AIホストの批判的視点もないので知識が偏るからです。
ですが音声解説だと2人のAIホストがいるのでそういう偏りがなくなります。
なので音声解説が最強です

Today, I’m going to share how to transform your life using NotebookLM and ChatGPT.
Are you using NotebookLM just as a simple tool?
In reality, NotebookLM doesn’t just summarize information —
it has the potential to change your life.
What does that mean?
If you use NotebookLM correctly, it can have a remarkably positive impact on your life.
Here’s how to use it effectively:
First, choose one area you want to learn about.
Then add your sources related to that topic — as many as you like — and once you’re done, tap the audio overview button.
I’ll explain later why the audio feature is so powerful.
Now, here’s the important part:
Make sure you fill in the section “What should the AI focus on?”
The reason is simple — if you skip this, you’ll get results that don’t match what you really want.
After that, set the length to Long.
Why? Because shorter explanations tend to be overly condensed, leaving you thinking, “So… what does this actually mean?”
Once everything is set, generate the audio and wait a moment.
When it’s ready, press play and start listening.
Of course, when you listen, make sure to use your phone’s memo app, a notebook, or ChatGPT.
Why? Because writing things down in your own words increases your ability to understand yourself, and discussing ideas with ChatGPT helps expand your knowledge and build new insights.
So definitely try it out!
Now, why is the audio overview in NotebookLM so good?
Video explanations are okay, but with videos you have to keep looking at the screen, and the AI presenter usually doesn’t offer a critical perspective—so the information can become biased.
But with the audio overview, two AI hosts discuss the content, which reduces that bias.
That’s why the audio feature is the strongest option.
